Under the new agreement, the Institute’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation will be the official luxury home designation for Nextage Realty’s prestigious Nextage Luxe Collection ™ program. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the largest training and research organization serving luxury real estate sales professionals internationally.
Nextage Realty real estate professionals who participate in the Nextage Luxe Collection™ will be asked to take ILHM’S luxury training course which is the first step toward earning the Institute’s CLHMS designation and results in ILHM membership.
